Twirled Balls & Bubbles Stat

MATERIALS:
A tube of choice
1. Open your tube, duplicate and close the original. Control < C (copy). This copies the tube and keeps the copy in your PSP memory.
2. Resize your tube (all layers checked) to no more than 300 pixels wide. Use bicubic while resizing. Minimize by now.
3. Open a new image 1280 x 350, transparent. Selections < Select all. Paste < Paste into Selection. Deselect.
4. Blur < Gaussian Blur < Radius 11. Apply twice.
5. Effects < Artistic Effects < Balls and Bubbles. Use these settings:




6. Effects < Image Effects < Seamless Tiling, default settings.
7. Open a new layer and move it below the one you have. Floodfill with the lighter shade you used in tab 2 (Surface).
8. Layers < Merge Down.
9. Effects < Image Effects < Seamless Tiling, default settings.
10. Activate your tube, copy and paste as new layer on the big image. Move it to your left, not too near the border.
11. Optional: Add a drop od shadow: V & H: 3; Opacity: 65; Blur: 3; Colour: Black.
12. Add your credits and your watermark. Export as jpg, compression 11.
